D. Treatment Consultation
Following the diagnostic records, Dr. Boyd will carefully review all of the data gathered. He will finalize the patient's treatment plan, including needed procedures and approximate time frame for completion of treatment. There are five important questions that will be answered during the treatment consultation:

1. What is the orthodontic problem?
2. What treatment procedures will be used to correct the problem?
3. Do any permanent teeth need to be removed?
4. How long will treatment take?
5. How much will it cost?

All of these questions and related issues will be discussed at this time. Ample time is always allowed for questions to be asked. Dr. Boyd will also have examples of various orthodontic appliances to visually show the patient how their treatment will progress.
