Phase One Orthodontic Treatment

Orthodontic treatment usually performed on children between the ages of 6 and 10. The goals of phase one treatment are to improve self-esteem, make room for the permanent teeth to have a good place to erupt, and to correct significant skeletal problems before they reach a serious point. In most cases, a child that undergoes phase one treatment will have a second phase of treatment (full braces) near the age of 13 to 14.
